fundraising lunch

Together with the volunteer association Porta Aperta Modena this year, we held a fundraising lunch for the start-up of Modena's first free dental office within Porta Aperta's "Center for the Health of the Migrant and the Homeless."

Guests were offered a four-course menu that respects the principles of territoriality, seasonality and ethics and tells of our commitment to sustainability.

Bibendum has for years been committed to combating food waste by respecting the principles of circularity within its laboratory and collaborating with Porta Aperta through the donation of gastronomic surpluses from its event activity.
