sustainable conviviality
A stimulating project created together with the Iris Group for this edition of Cersaie 2022. The common denominator of the event is sustainability that involves all areas: from food, beverage to the choice of materials for the set-ups.
Bibendum Group is committed, in the administration Food, Beverage and fittings at the respective locations, to carry out a verification activity by the Certification Body SGS Italy with the aim of achieving ISO 20121 certification for the Sustainable Event Management System.
Each daily menu was defined with circular and social economy criteria. Suppliers were selected on the basis of:
Territoriality, to foster the local economy and offer products at km0, thus reducing the impact of transportation;
Seasonality, to offer products whose nutritional properties are optimal without the addition of chemicals to influence their ripening;
Ethical, to enhance the social sustainability profile of supplier companies and their positive impacts.
