Bibendum proposes a method of managerial training based on "learning by experience", today borrowed for Team Building as a motivational vehicle and for the animation of complex events, even for large numbers of people. Using the culinary metaphor and starting from the assumption that in order to cook it is necessary to use procedures, resources, organization and skills in a similar way to what happens within a company, we have developed exercises in which participants are asked to put themselves to the test in order to deal with "culinary" situations. This activity, an excellent gym for professionals and managers of various backgrounds and education, eager to learn or refine the dynamics of one of the most complex team work, can take place in any location, within your company or in our location Convivo in Modena.
